Our people

Academic members

A key strength of the Centre lies in the unique combination of academic experts aggregated under the unifying theme of compassion for wildlife. The centre forms a hub that connects researchers and practitioners across a range of disciplines to address complex problems, deliver good outcomes for wildlife and to grow the field of Compassionate Conservation.

Our Academic membership consists of a core group of researchers from the University of Technology, Sydney and a wider group of Associated academics who are leading experts from highly respected Australian and international institutions. They are engaged in fieldwork, advocacy and research across a range of disciplines.
