As determined by Council this UTS:Noticeboard website constitutes an official noticeboard of the University under By-law provisions Part 2, Div 1, Clause 11 (1) (Call for Nominations and Notice of Election) and Part 4, Div 3, Clause 46 (1) (Promulgation of Rules), Rule 2.3.1, and as defined in Schedule 1 to the Student and Related Rules. Procedures are published on Procedures for the use of the official noticeboards.
