Are the tried and true models of business thinking limiting the potential for growth and opportunity in the 21st century? Could frameworks of thought and approach typically seen in the design process aid businesses to overcome complex issues impacting business internationally?
This public lecture considers design thinking in business as the next important paradigm. Drawing on local and overseas examples of design thinking in business, Kees Dorst reveals the opportunities at hand for Australian business and research to lead the world in this next big thing.
