Level 0
Previously used for the printing presses of the Fairfax newspaper headquarters. This floor is being converted to provide car parking facilities, main loading docks and building service areas.

Level 1
This is a new floor that is being built to maximise the available car parking space in the building. Additional storage and service areas will be incorporated.

Level 2
The small existing floor is being expanded to form the floor of the building’s atrium. This level will provide the main access into the building from Jones Street. Specific facilities include; general teaching rooms, computer facilities and postgraduate areas, retail shops, a cafe and student lounges.

This level is being refurbished to provide teaching facilities and staff accommodation for the Faculty of Information Technology.

Level 6
This level is being refurbished to allow the relocation of the Financial Services and Facilities Management Units from rented accommodation in Smail Street, as well as the relocation of the University Graduate School from Blackfriars, and co-locate these units with the Human Resources Unit which will move from Blackfrairs and Building 1.
