I have just returned from China where I spent the last four weeks training in preparation for Athens. The temperature was at least 37 degrees every day and the humidity was extremely high so I'm ready for Athens weather wise.
I went to UTS Fencing club last night and all the club members had signed a UTS t shirt wishing me all the best - I' ll take it with me and hang it in my bedroom at the Olympic Village - it will be like having all my club mateswith me!
I'm off now to pack the bag - only 3 more sleeps to go.
