Enrolment and academic progress requirements

International students studying on student visas are subject to restrictions and requirements that do not apply to other students. If you are studying on a student visa it is extremely important that you understand these restrictions and requirements.

If you do not abide by them your student visa may be cancelled or not renewed and you will not be able to complete your course in Australia.

Do these laws affect me?

These laws apply from 1 July 2007 to all students studying on student visas, including those students who enrolled at UTS prior to 1 July 2007.
