Undertake entrance counselling

If this is the first time you are borrowing through the Direct Loan program at UTS, it is the responsibility of this University to ensure that you complete entrance counselling.

This helps you to understand your responsibilities regarding your loan. You may complete the entrance counselling online at the following site: StudentLoans.gov (opens an external site).

Please do this as soon as possible, and send us a copy of the email confirmation that you have completed the entrance counselling. A review of the essential information will be provided when you meet in person with the US Financial Aid Director at orientation.
