How to apply

In order to undertake a global exchange you will need to apply to and be accepted by both UTS and the host university.

Before you apply, there are a few things you need to do:

• Make sure you are eligible to undertake a global exchange.
• Check out the appropriate timing to go on exchange in your degree.
• Attend to a Global Exchange Information Session. See online registration dates.
• Complete a study plan check and print your course structure/program from the online handbook. This is to ensure that your study plan will allow you to undertake exchange.
• Print and check your study plan from 'Web Enrolment/Study Plan Details' on My Student Admin.
• Print and check your average mark from 'My Results' on My Student Admin.
• Choose a host university.
• Check out the scholarships available.
• Book an optional consultation with an Exchange Officer.
• Select your subjects.
