Appeal and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms

If the University makes a decision affecting your enrolment, including decisions about the payment of course fees and refunds, then you have the right to access the University's formal appeal and dispute resolution mechanisms.

If your appeal is against the cancellation of your enrolment by the University then you must be given 20 working days to appeal.
