Student information

UTS is committed to providing an education that will enable students to reach their full intellectual, personal and career potential, and to offering a wide range of support programs and services that optimise students' academic success and employability.

This goal can only be met if all students honour their responsibilities to their studies and respect the rights of other students and staff. This applies to all students including those enrolled in courses outside Australia.

All students should read and be familiar with the information provided in General Student Information and Services

Those that are particularly relevant for students enrolled in courses outside Australia are listed below.

Students can obtain advice from the respective UTS partner institution for courses offered outside Australia

The UTS website has information for all UTS current students.

Graduations

UTS shall confer the UTS award to students who have successfully completed the relevant Program requirements in accordance with UTS rules and established procedures.

Graduands may attend UTS graduation ceremonies in Sydney. From time to time, UTS may hold UTS graduation ceremonies in countries where its offshore programs are delivered and, when such graduation ceremonies are arranged, graduands of the respective offshore programs may elect to attend these local ceremonies.
