Your feedback on our student representative agents was mainly positive with over 89% satisfaction. Many of you indicated you would recommend your agent to other students (64%).

A few areas where you would have liked additional information were, living environment in Australia, UTS course admission requirements, how to submit an application and learning support at UTS, pre-departure and arrival services, and progress of your applications.

Your feedback has been provided to agents in our regular briefing sessions and we have been providing more information that they can distribute to you during the application and pre-arrival process.
