Why is Science important?

Science is a big part of our lives, from the food we eat, to the water we drink, to the clothes we wear, and the medicine we take, to weather report and using an iphone!

Science is everywhere!

In fact, science and technology is taking the world by storm, and proving itself in industry where materials and discovery are made to help technology make huge leaps, for example using corals for future artificial bone, synthesising nitres to produce energy efficient and environmentally friendly lighting.

So, Science is definitely here to stay with plenty of exciting jobs!
