Sending Attachments
You can send files with your e-mail. These are called attachments. You can Attach files to any message that has not yet been sent.
To
send an attachment, start with a new message. Click on the Compose
button.
While
you are composing your message click on the Attach button.
A new window will open which will allow you to upload the files you
wish to attach.

To attach a file:
- Click Browse, find the file and press your Browser's OK button.
- Click
Webmail's Add button (this
actually uploads the file to webmail).
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 as necessary for attaching multiple files.
- Click Webmail's Attach
button.
When sending large files, please be aware that the maximum size of any email is 5Mb.
Receiving Attachments
Webmail lists the attachments’ at the top of the Message.

To open an attachment just click on its name (eg Report.doc). You will be asked whether you want to Open it (if you have a program on your computer that can read this type of file) or Save it to disk. If the attachment appears garbled when it opens or if Webmail prompts you to save the document to disk, then you probably don’t have the right software to read or convert this attachment. This is the most common problem that people have with attachments - you may need to contact the sender to find out what software is needed to open the file.
