Using Address Books

Click the Address icon to display the address book dialog. This allows you to select from your stored addresses, or to search the UTS Staff Directory.


To add a recipient from your Personal Address Book, select the recipient and click either the To, Cc or Bcc buttons.

Click Search to search your address books - either your Personal Address Book or the UTS Staff Directory, available from a drop-down menu. Once you have located the Staff member you wish to email, select either the To or Cc checkboxes to add the staff member as a recipient.

Once you have found the staff member(s) you want to send your message to, click on the checkbox beside their name(s) and click on either To, Cc, or Bcc checkboxes.

You can do multiple searches to find all of the recipients. When you have found and selected all of the recipients click OK to return to composing your message.
