The personal Information settings page allows you to configure a preferred language, a reply to address and an email signature.

Preferred Language

You can choose from a number of languages in which to use webmail. Language support allows you to read and write messages in the chosen language and also webmail will display other information to you in the chosen language. None of the languages , other than english, are supported but you are welcome to use them. WARNING: Do not use these languages unless your desktop computer has support installed for them.

Reply to Address

Usually when someone reply's to your emails they come straight back to your UTS address. If you'd like the reply's to go to a different address you could change it here by typing it into the text entry box. It isn't recommended that you use this setting because it can cause confusion and lost mail when incorrectly used.

Signature

A signature is a section of text which is automatically tacked onto the end of each message you compose. This can be handy for your name and contact details if you don't wish to type them every time. To use this feature simply type in a signature and tick the box labelled "Include this text in each message you compose:".
