List Administrators ('List Owners') are repsponsible for all aspects of running their mailing lists.

Getting Help

These documents can answer all of your questions with regards to maintentance of your lists.
Please read them before asking for assistance.

List Creation

Mailing lists can be created for any member of the UTS Community providing that:

  • The list owner has a current UTS email account.
  • The list content is relevant to the UTS Community or otherwise relevant to academic persuits.

If you believe that a Mailing List would suit your needs, you may request one at the self service webpage.

Please Note:

  • List Administrators are responsible for all aspects of their mailing list.
  • Only limited email support is available for mailing lists at this time and only when the query is not covered by the guides above.
  • List names are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Lists specific to a faculty, department or area should include this in their name.
  • Complaints against any list may result in the removal or suspension of the list.
