Staff Services
Provides information, advice and services to staff regarding:
- Collective Agreements
- HR policy, guidelines and procedures
- Induction
- Pay and conditions available at UTS, which include
- generous leave and salary packaging provisions,
- a focus on work life balance and flexible employment options, and
- a range of professional development options and on the job services and support.
Management Services
Provides advice to managers and supervisors regarding their staff including:
- Induction
- Recruitment
- Retention and academic promotion
- Performance and change management
- Grievance handling.
The Human Resources Unit also provides specialist services and advice.
