Feedback

Our student residents are our customers. What you think of us matters. Listening to your feedback helps us improve what we do for you.  We have two ways to collect feedback.

The Student Residents Advisory Committee (SRAC) forum (made up of elected residents) which meets at least three times a year to discuss issues raised by UTS residents.

The Association of College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO) EBI survey, conducted every two years, collects feedback and provides a standard for us to measure ourselves against other university accommodation service providers in Australia and overseas. The results collected have seen enormous improvements in our services:

  • computer study labs fitted with printing facilities in each of student residence buildings
  • enhanced internet connectivity in residence buildings
  • academic programs into the residential life program.
