Off-campus accommodation

Looking for accommodation prior to your arrival at UTS can be difficult.
UTS Housing can assist you with your search.

Here are options that you can explore prior to or upon your arrival to UTS.

Short Term Accommodation

This section provides you with information on preferred hotels that offer significantly discounted rates, subject to availability, if they are booked using the accommodation provider’s online form. This is useful if you need a temporary place to stay before looking at your long term housing options, or while you visit UTS.

To simplify your choice of accommodation, please check the listings available below.

Budget accommodation

Budget accommodation usually provides the basic needs of comfort and cleanliness, while the range of extra amenities varies. They are popular for temporary stays for people looking for an affordable accommodation option.

Standard accommodation

Three stars generally indicate reasonable rates, varied amenities, good service and comfortable facilities. Four stars indicate upscale decor and facilities with above average services, comprehensive amenities, and a slightly higher price.

Premium accommodation

Four and half to five star accommodation promises upscale decor and facilities with a high degree of service, with a range of amenities, usually at a premium price.
