The Student Complaints Resolution Office (SCRO) accepts complaints from all prospective and current students about the educational experience and learning environment at UTS.
SCRO can also put you in touch with other resources at UTS that may be able to assist. This includes equity related complaints that involve allegations of unlawful discrimination or harassment because of your sex, sexual preference, transgender status, race, disability, age, political conviction or religious belief.
These complaints will usually be referred to the Equity and Diversity Unit at the Centre for Social Justice and Inclusion. You can also contact the Equity and Diversity Unit direct with complaints about harassment and/or discrimination.
You should email details of your complaint to student.complaints@uts.edu.au
