A Flash of Flesh

I have been out and about in the city. I went to see a show called ‘Feasting on Flesh’ at the Studio at the Opera House. I love the studio it’s reasonably cheap and it always has shows that are a little bit different and almost always entertaining. ‘Feasting on Flesh’ was a burlesque number with nudity and spaghetti. I liked it and I had a great time forgetting my looming exam and worldly worries. I love going to the theatre. You get to get all dressed up. You get exposed to new ideas and creative vibes. And last night was no exception. It’s a shame its finished or I’d tell you all to go. Nothing like a bit of flesh and cuisine to round off a nice year at uni.

I went with the two girls I went to Samoa with. You see there was a Samoa connection. We met Fez in Samoa and befriended him and his boyfriend was in the show. It was nice to catch up and have a mini Samoa reunion. My tan has faded but Samoa still makes me smile when ever I think about it.
