Malcolm Turnbull has become the second former Prime-Minister in as many days to rubbish the AUKUS submarines deal. 

Paul Keating gave a stinging rebuke at the National Press Club yesterday, where he said the plan was the worst international decision by a Labor government in 100 years.

Malcolm Turnbull offered a less cutting critique than Paul Keating, but didn't exactly hold back either.
