The Kuring-gai campus is located in Lindfield, a leafy and peaceful suburb on Sydney's north shore. This is where you go to study nursing, midwifery and health, education and business courses.
The award-winning Kuring-gai campus building accommodates the Nursing, Education and Business faculties, classrooms and lecture theatres, Kuring-gai Library, conference facilities and a full-equipped gymnasium. It also houses the Union Centre and its licenced bar, eatery, newsagency, bookshop and TV lounge.
Outside the campus building there are social and study areas surrounded by natural bushland, fresh air and the sounds of native birds. It's a great place to relax between classes or while you eat lunch. There are also sport and recreation areas, childcare and plenty of parking.
Kuring-gai campus is about 20 minutes drive north of Sydney's central business district. Bus and train services travel to Lindfield and there is a bus service to the campus. There's also a free shuttle bus service that runs regularly between Kuring-gai campus and the City and St Leonards campuses.
Surrounding the campus are many quiet and leafy residential areas that skirt Sydney Harbour and the national parks, rivers and natural bushland to the north of the city.
There are fantastic bushwalks and ocean views from Kuring-gai Chase National Park (opens an external site). A short train ride will take you to the busy Chatswood shopping centre or into the city, for sight-seeing, night life and delicious food in one of the most beautiful, multicultural and cosmopolitan cities in the world.
