UTS is an urban campus with off campus residences available, all located within the city. Many students live in rented accommodation, often sharing with other students. UTS owns four off-campus student residences - the Bulga Ngurra and Geegal and Gumal Ngurang and Blackfriars.
The majority of students rent private accommodation close to the university. The UTS Housing Service can help students find permanent accommodation via the listing service that has a list of sharehouses or shareflats available for rent.
The UTS Housing Service can also assist international students with temporary accommodation for their arrival in Sydney. There is a wide range of accommodation near the UTS City and Kuring-gai campuses.
