Integrating international students into campus and community life and providing them with a rewarding student experience is a priority for UTS. We make every effort to ensure international students settle into Sydney life quickly, including through the following initiatives:
- Peer Network: UTS student volunteers welcome and assist international students during Orientation. These volunteers can be a great source of information during international students' early days on campus.
- Network Cafe: a buddy program that connects new international students with experienced UTS students to provide ongoing support.
- Community Connections: a program focused on helping international students to meet friends, discover Sydney, and connect with the local community.
- Working Solutions: a program for international Business and IT students focusing on career development and management, and employability skills
UTS provides international students with help to find housing and part-time work or graduate employment. It also provides counselling, health, financial, and English language support services.
