Dr Rosalind Dubs BSc(Hons) (ANU), Dr ès Sc (Lausanne), FAICD
As Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (External Relations) and Registrar, Dr Rosalind Dubs is responsible for:

Rosalind Dubs
- driving the University's external engagement with business, industry, the professions, government and the community
- advancing the University's relations with its alumni
- implementing the enterprise development program to contribute to long term UTS sustainability
- student administration and graduation
- governance support, including Council and Academic Board secretariats, regulatory and legal compliance, and approvals to use the University's name and symbols
- University Rules and their administration
- official University publications, corporate records and archives
Joining UTS in January 2007, Dr Dubs has wide-ranging commercial and international experience in both private and public sectors. As part of multinational electronics company Thales SA, Dr Dubs was the Paris-based Operations Vice-President of its world-leading air traffic management business, and prior to that Managing Director of the navaids business line in Stuttgart, Germany. Most recently Director of Electronic Systems with Thales joint venture company ADI Limited, her earlier career included senior positions in CSIRO, Registrar of the Australian National University, and Director of Operations Support for Airservices Australia.
