UTS is inviting expressions of interest for the use of a part or the whole of its Kuring-gai Campus site.
The site comprises approximately 20.8 hectares located off Eton Road at Lindfield, Sydney.
UTS occupies existing educational buildings, child care and recreational facilities on the site and anticipates continued use of these assets until at least 2012.
A recent concept approval for the use of the site has created opportunities for use and redevelopment of the site for a range of purposes including educational and residential uses.
UTS is seeking responses to this invitation from parties with the experience and capacity to capitalise on the development potential of the site through working with UTS or independently.
